Prepare Monthly Production Plan with Planning Department & finalizes

Learning curve of the Styles

SMV & Manpower of the Relevant Teams

Minimize the Style changes to Improve Average Efficiency & EPM value of the relevant teams.

Prepare Manpower Requirements Report to Cutting, Sewing & Finishing For Future Styles.

Prepare Machine Requirements Report Monthly with Maintainers Manager & Identify the Short fall of the machines to Order / Hiring.

Prepare Non Productive Report Department vies to Highlights Lacking area to the management for continues Improvements.

Introducing New Systems to the Factory To motive workers & improve process.

Maximum Utilize of Resources of the Factory. (Machine, Materials Etc)

Improve Capacity of the factory to meet the plan targets.

Monitor Daily Activities & reports of the deportment.

Do Training sessions for other about Industrial Engineering.

Monitor Costing Cell Activities & Do method Improvement for Reduce SMVs.

Design Factory Layout.

Monitor Training Policy.

Recruit workers for future expansions & Turnovers.

Monitor Production.

Conduct training programs on IE concept for non-IE staff.

Monitor the effectiveness operator wise, line wise, section wise and take measures to improve the efficiency through the IE techniques & methods of improvements.

Education Requirement:-

GSD License Holding, Graduate, Diploma

Technical/Professional Requirements:-


Experience Requirements:-

4 to 6 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements:-

Age 28 to 36 year(s)

Computer skill, GSD Skills, Soft Skill Management, Manufacturing

Detail oriented & analytical.
